Snap to Grid

Open the Grid pane from the Properties panel and enable the Snap to Grid setting to snap objects and points to the nearest grid position when creating or moving them.

Snap to Point

Open the Grid pane from the Properties panel and enable the Snap to Point setting to snap points to the nearest anchor point position when moving them.

Simply select an anchor point, drag it near another point and you’ll know that it snapped when the outline color of your anchor point changes.
